A localização do flat é muito boa, achei o quarto um pouco pequeno , apertado para 2 pessoas, mas possui bom custo benefício

Excellent location, Pinheiros is a fantastic area with lots of restaurants and bars close by. Metro Faria Lima is within a few minutes walking distance. The rooftop pool is incredible with stunning views of Sao Paulo. The rooms have a lovely balcony that can be taken advantage of. There is a space to cook (two hobs) with some basic pots and pans and plates, and a fridge. More than adequate for one or two nights.

Nothing specific that I didn't like, but some things to bear in mind: The bedrooms are a little tight to get around. The receptionists generally don't speak any English, so maybe bear that in mind.

The apartment was very dirty and always humid. Bathroom seemed to be almost not cleaned, there were weird stains on the door and a used bar of soap in the shower. The curtains were broken so we couldn't take them off the windows, and the humidity stayed inside of them. The apartment seemed much bigger on photos, there was actually really not much space at all. The worst thing however was our experience with the staff in the reception. One day before our check-out we were called to the reception and told that we need to check out immediately because our reservation ends today. On their system there had been some sort of error, because on Booking my reservation was clearly for the correct dates and I showed it to them numerous times, but the receptionist literally refused to listen to us and threatened us to charge more money etc. All the staff only spoke Portuguese so it didn't make things easier. We contacted Charlie's customer support but they were very slow and didn't help us much either. Finally we contacted Booking's support and they confirmed that my reservation was all correct and sorted it out. The receptionist kept being very rude as if we were stupid and he blamed us in all of this, threatened us, although clearly the problem was in their system. Worst customer service we ever experienced and it ruined our last day in São Paulo. Would never return, even for this relatively cheap price.

The shower is not very clean. It needs attention

El lugar muy bonito y muy bien ubicado, el unico tema que tuvimos es el agua caliente ya que tardaba demasiado y no calentaba. Justo fuimos en invierno y hacia mucho frio.

The apartment was in very poor conditions and in desperate need of maintenance. And so was some of the building facilities, like the pool (it was so dirty).

Well equipped and comfortable apartment and a great location.

Can improve the maintenance. Many things are just falling apart, mainly in the bathroom. The smell in the room unpleasant and the online communication with the was not smooth.
