This condominium is beautiful and very well kept. You can even wash and dry your clothes while you’re there. It is also only 5 kilometers from the hotels that are pick up points for many of the tours that go to the Arenal volcano. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

The tours will not pick you up directly at the condominium complex but the hotels are close by.

Everything was good, staff, accommodation and facilites.

At our arrival we saw nobody to have the keys so we had to de everything by ourselves to unlock the box to find the keys. Same for paying the accommodation I had to trust an online message which is not 100% safe

Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I am in a wheelchair and had difficulty getting in and out of the bathroom.

Location is very good. Mall is just 2 mins walk with lots of restaurant's. Apartment is very safe. Nice view from the balcony. Host is very co-operative. Garage Parking is convenient. Overall excellent place to stay.

One and Only suggestion to the host: The Pots and pans looks old, if they are replaced with new ones that would be excellent. Everything else is great.

We messed up with the booking but our host was very helpful and replied within minutes to fix everything. Thanks for that!! It is an apartment in private aparetement complex only accesible with permition. Even if the area around felt a little unsafe at night the complex is very secure and safe. Great outside area for everyone with a gym, huge pool, basketball court and many other things. You could have a nice evening walk there. The apartment as itself was super nice for one night. Even for more great. 11th floor with a great view over San Jose, furniture and everything in a great shape, fully equiped kitchen, dining area and living room in one. The two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms make it just great for a family. We enjoyed a lot and recommend this apartment. Great value - price ratio!

very nice, clean and well equipped Apartment. we felt at home instantly. it is very Safe, but the neighbourhood ist ugly, it is recommended to have a car, you reach everything very quickly.
