the apartment is in good conditions, well maintained and neat.

Location is south of San Jose, and a little far from downtown and far from airport.

Bad attitude security at the gate unfriendly, delays detained at the Gate for no reasons

Flat very comfortable. few restaurants and shop near the compound. Owner was very kind and available anytime

The security guards at the gate are not nice, they should improve of good friendly service to people coming to accommodate reservation at the property, harassment is unacceptable, detaining person who is a reservation at property is unacceptable

The security at the gate are not nice, I noticed some unpleasant behaviour of them, the are not professional, despite knowing am a resident lodger they harrase and detained delay me at the gate and after showing them the reservation barcode they still ask for ID which I told them I can't be carrying my passport travel documents around for security reasons should incase am being rubbed to loss it, despite they know am a guss in the building, I see it unpleasant

The security Guards at the gate are not nice, unhelpful, pretend they don't regnise a guss after when they ask for ID going out and coming in, and the make one to carry heavy load to check out from the Property by not letting the uber or taxis driver in to put the load in the car, the security need to be enlighten, I know they are doing their Job to secure the building but it's doesn't mean, they should pretend not to know a guss whom they let in from first check-in with ID passport presented to them first coming in, is an harassment to detaining someone outside a building for hours knowing him or her is occupied in the building

I been to lots off country's and I stay at lots off hotel and appointments and houses these appointments is the best perfect location and very clean
