It was a superb location for the small town of Southwell, with the entrance to the property tucked away down an alley with the most gorgeously tended outdoor seating area at the front door. The kitchen was superbly kitted out and the host left some welcome sustenance too. It was a very comfy space, with more room than the photos can do justice for. Just a lovely, lovely ground floor flat. If only it had been sunnier/drier to enjoy the outdoor seating.

There is no dining table for eating but it's a small point really and lap trays are provided. The photos of the property show that a table isn't available.
