"Very good"

The apartment was a suitable size for two adults and two teenagers, there was enough space. Very clean and nothing was heard from the neighbors. At least we needed a washing machine, as we had already spent several days on holiday elsewhere. The kitchen was well equipped, we didn't use the kettle because its bottom was so chalky, but the water could also be boiled on the stove.

The beds were really hard, the springs felt through and in the mornings woke up with a headache because of the hardness of the mattress. This is unfortunately the reason why we would not go to the same accommodation again. The shower cabin was really small.

The property is a stones throw from beach and local amenities.. Sperlonga is a beautiful town with an old & new part which caters very well for families. The beach is very clean & looooong.. In the middle is the old town which is a very interesting visit. The accommodation was clean and very well presented. We were not left wanting for anything, they even had sharp knives! something you don't get normally.. The hosts were wonderful, informative & prompt to help when we did experience a problem (of my doing). Property is in a quiet street & comes with parking permit so no hassle finding/paying for parking daily. Location is also very convenient to visit the many historical venues & boats to the islands.. Highly recommended.

The location and the ac in every room.

The beds/ mattress specially at the double bed were really horrible. Old and hard spring mattress.

Nice location, shops nearby

The beds were not comfortable for me, maybe others will like them. Single beds were super loud.

The apartment was immaculately clean and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and utensils. The location of the apartment was fantastic! It was situated several hundred meters from sea, cafes, and shops nearby. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle.
