"Superb"

Very large apartment with three balconies, very clean and spacious and good facilities. Giuseppe even came and collected us from the train station and took us to the apartment which was very kind and helpful.

"Perfect place for vacation"

Fantastic place! The apartment was new and clean, comfortable. There is a mini supermarket in front of the house, so it’s perfect to buy anything you need for breakfast. 5 min from the beach. We would love to comeback!

The hair dryer is very loud and not very powerful

"Lovely stay in amazing Sperlonga"

Flat was comfortable and clean, hosts very responsive and nice, excellent location and nice view over the mountains and nearby gardens. Sperlonga is a gem and very well worth a visit - we were very sorry to leave.

Nothing to mention here.

"Nice and convenient place for a family stay"

Our host was great - helpful and cheerful. We got some extra help with the car (thank you!), a tour of the property, info about restaurants and how to get around. He even overcame the language barrier with a smile and Google Translate. The apartment is newly renovated, clean and convenient. The coffee is the quality you'd expect in Italy.

"Will be back"

The location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, there's a small supermarket accross with a good selection of fruit and veg. The appartement is lovely, new finishes, all works well and it's very clean. Easy and safe parking behind. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there was heating in all the rooms. Lovely views from all the balconies to the sea and the mountain. Good, powerful shower. Roberta was super attentive to our needs, there wasn't a bottle opener and she sent me one immediately. We would love to return for a longer stay.

I loved it all but I would like to recommend to leave liquid hand-wash soap in the bathroom.
