Location was great - so convenient to Ritsurin Garden and not far from the train stations.

The bathroom was a bit small.

The host was very good to us. His wife was also very nice. We added on an extra night, we paid cash out was much cheaper to go direct in this instance. We had a little balcony Our guest room smelt clean and fresh. We had Tanami matts and futons It was a very large room. There was a little local shrine 1 minute away.

The pillows were hard

Goede locatie, en alles is gedocumenteerd in het Engels, zelfs hoe de magnetron e.d. werkt.

Logement de type japonais, petit mais fonctionnel. On s'y sent bien. Tout était très propre et bien équipé. Super bien situé pour visiter le jardin voisin Ritsirin Koen. Pratique aussi pour rejoindre la gare en 15 minutes de train (train toutes les 15 minutes). Je recommande.

Great location - right on the doorstep of Ritsurin Garden and close to the city and so easy to get to Marugame and Kotohiragu!

Although the laundromat wasn’t too far away, it was not as convenient as having a washing machine dryer on site.

Host did not respond to our messages. Otherwise the stay was OK, in a basic setting

清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごすことができました。 生活物品（家電など）も充実していました。

エアコンから異音が定期的に聞こえ、1日目は寝付くのに時間がかかりました。
