Close to downtown. The automated check-in was fast.

No soap and it was obviously a college dorm-style setting, with limited furnishings.

Everything. Location is great! Service was good. When something needed to be fixed, they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. Staff were super friendly and accommodate all of my requests. Breakfast was super delicious. So quiet area. Will definitely come back again

That it was located at UBC

Old rundown there was no TV in the room Sheets did not fit the bed Toilet seat was broken Walls were patched No artwork It was like a dungeon! The hot breakfast was not hot and not enough variety The front door was broken and it beeped the whole time we were there
