Great location and underground car park which was great

That you had to drive into town to collect the keys. If you’re unsure on where you’re going it’s a bit difficult. We couldn’t shut the bathroom door as handle was loose so had to shout incase someone else in there

Great location, 2 min walk from the hippodrome theatre , also restaurants and bars. Apartment very clean with everything you need including parking.

Just a shame check out is 10am, would have preferred 11 but wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Very practical for a group. Had everything we need. Great location. Excellent value.

Duvet for the sofa bed was too small for two people. Half of sofa bed wasn’t super comfortable.

Great location. Very spacious and clean.

A couple of minor issues in the bathroom door handle being broken and a drawer broken in the bedroom but nothing major.

Location is excellent, clean and modern facilities

Struggled a bit with the fob getting through the car park door. Picking up the keys from elsewhere and having to pay to park to do this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Close to city centre O2, NIA, Mailbox, New Street Station Accommodation had a parking spot.

Not that I didnt like but The parking spot was no where near to the apartment itself, which was a bit strange. The pillows in the bedroom could be a lot better.

I didn't see any of the messages about the deposit so that wasn't paid when I arrived and I had no idea that I then had to collect the keys from a 24/7 shop so after a day of travelling it was in all honesty a bit of a faff. Once keys were collected however all good. Apartment is a decent size, really great location and very central to everything.

Beds and sofa bed was not that comfortable. No black out blinds on the windows in the bedrooms and we're all a bit light sensitive but that may not bother most people.
