Great location. Apartment was clean and good facilities. The instructions to collect keys was straightforward. Good value for money.

The instructions to find the apartment once inside the carpark could have been clearer as the parking space was a distance to the entrance block. Also the handle of the tap was clearly broken when we arrived, would have been good for this to have been sorted prior to arrival. Plugs by mirrors in the twin room would be useful.

Easy to get to, excellent location

The rooms and living room were nice and upgraded. The location is right in the middle of international restaurants which was great!

The washer/dryer does not dry. Tried multiple options. Couldn’t find where to turn on the second set of bathroom lights and fan. Other light switches were hard to find as well for the living room. The parking and subsequent direction to get to the elevator was confusing. I suggest adding an overhead map of the parking and elevator. Getting the key from a few block away wasn’t too inconvenient, but was a considerable extra step with all the construction going on in the area.

The location was great, in the middle of the city center. The flat located in a very big building complex. It was silent during the night as well. The flat was ok

I would expect a bit fresher atmosphere when we arrive and the furniture was dusty.

There’s no conceriage at the property and although location is great, the noise is immense! Not suitable to stay with young children.

Good central location, clean and well kept property. The space worked well for us and the kitchen was well stocked for our needs

Collecting the keys wasn't ideal and caused a little bit of confusion. Luckily I knew the area so it wasn't too tricky.
