Duvets were thin Bathroom was scruffy 1 toilet roll for 3 people Location not great Hallway dirty and scruffy

it was clean and comfortable

- table was shaky and the legs were coming off - lights in the kitchen weren’t working well - carpark was bad, our assigned spot was taken by someone else and it was a hassle to park in a different carpark - they make u pay 300 pounds deposit and took a week to return it after we left the property - had to call up to chase it quite a few times

Excellent location Plenty of space in the apartment Lovely and warm space Great communication from host and very easy to collect keys

I understand the need for security and deposits etc when staying in an apartment but if felt like quite a lot of tasks just for one night. A system that did both tasks in one would feel more simple and secure
