Main room lacked air-conditioning

Lack of parking, the shower.

A panoráma tökéletes, könnyen megközelíthető, lift van, parkolás ingyenes, boltok, éttermek közvetlenül az épület mellett.

Kisebb hiányosságok: Nem volt szemeteszsák, mosogató szivacs, a légkondi távirányítóba nem volt elem. A lépcsőház egy kicsit bogaras.

Was nice. Close to beach, shops, restaurants and buses. We liked how from the living room balcony can enjoy sea and promenade.

Everything was ok, so i be writing some suggestion about what missed.., but without this anyway we enjoyed. My suggestion is to get some large lid for the largest pan. I see there was an umbrella but without stick so can't use it. Be nice if you have some beach chairs.

location was great - great view with very close beach and restaurant access. Easy drives to other location's and activities. Had everything we needed - Quarteira is a nice town.

Needs a little TLC - Paint, etc as do most beach front locations

This was our second stay at Maresia. The location is incredible. Bruno who let us in was helpful & friendly and it was great to get two sets of keys this time. The standard of cleaning was very high. They have made many improvements since our last stay which have really modernised the apartment. Could not fault the apartment for value. It’s spacious & comfortable with everything you could need including a coffee machine, washing machine and clothes dryer. Lots of storage. A front & rear balcony.

The light in the lift and on the stairs were not working which meant a need for a torch entering & exiting the building. There were some ants entering the living room from the balcony but there was a spray left for these. Some finishings are still very old which makes it look dirty but these can not be helped from a cleaning point of view. The cleaning was very good. The shower head fixture is still broken but could be easily fixed as the bathroom is nice and modern. The electrical fixtures could be secured to the wall better.
