Maresia - Front beach - Quarteira

After confirming we would arrive at 2pm a staff member arrived at 4pm to let us in! We were advised of the incorrect address after us questioning the street number. Not impressed. Waiting 2 hours with 2 little children and an elderly mother in-law. The electricity was constantly cutting out. We couldn't have the TV on whilst cooking on the hot plate. We advised the accommodation of the fault numerous times. The elevator/lift stopped working multiple times in the building. Climbing 4 stories with my elderly mother in-law whose had 2 hip replacements and recently broke her leg was very concerning. We also advised the accommodation of this who then explained that the complaint should be with the body corporate, not with them. My husband was hung up on by the staff member. Apartment had a lovely view and very close to the beach. But the negatives left a sour taste. Definitely not happy with the service provided by the accommodation company. They were late, gave incorrect information, we're not interested in helping with our concerns and hung up the phone on us. Terrible service!
