Poderia ter material limpeza, tipo desinfetante, Mop, mais panos de limpeza.

Ambiente limpo, utensílios novos, localização excelente.

É bem pequeno, para um casal com um filho fica excelente, com dois filhos, como foi meu caso, não ficou tão legal.

Acomodação limpa, com uma decoração linda e muito acolhedora. Ótima localização.

As cortinas não tem blackout, a cozinha não tem sanduicheira e o Box do banheiro não tem nicho pra colocar shampoo e sabonete.

Location, good used of space, bed was confortable, nice kitchen.

No paper towels, bathroom sink didn’t drain, towels had strange spots, bathroom rugs were old with dark stains.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the subway and Avenida Paulista and a short trip from many points of interest. There are also many options for food.

The service at the building's entrance is way below reasonable standards, especially when it comes to accessing or leaving the parking lot. I had issues with a broken surveillance camera that kept me in the car late at night for a long time before someone finally let me in, another instance where I couldn't get in and had to drive away because a vehicle was blocking the gate (no way anyone would call a tow truck), and one day when the mechanism that opens the gate broke and I and many residents were stuck for almost an hour in the parking lot because no employee knew how to open the gate manually and there was no technical support readily available.

Convenient location

Constant drone of loud traffic through the night. Absolutely no sound insulation. Gaps between the windows letting on the cold and noise. Window pane closed with tape which blew open. Bad floor plan. Bad lighting. Uncomfortable sofa bed. Insufficient bed clothes. Unhelpful staff. No baggage storage. Some conditions only communicated after non-refundable payment.
