The apartment is very accessible and well located. You’ll get an access code for the door and a kick identification at the front desk is necessary. There are always parking slots available in the building and you’ll find some facilities as well. It’s a good cost/ benefit.

The shower temperature fluctuates sometimes and there are a very busy highway just in front of the building. Almost impossible to keep the windows opened (too noisy).

I will try to point out where the problem is and why we believe it is not our fault. First of all, it was not at all obvious to us that the seller provides multiple apartments! I mean, there was only one apartment available on the given dates 4-11.2, so we automatically assumed that the main photos were related to that apartment. We had no way of knowing that this was not the case. We find it deceptive and misleading that the owner of the apartments on that main page only has photos of the better apartment and completely left out the photos of the small apartment that we ended up getting, thinking it was the better apartment because we didn't see any others on offer. Maybe it would be a good idea for Booking to specifically inform you that you are booking a completely different apartment than the one you were looking at on the main page. Especially when they don't see any other options. I should point out that I am a professional traveler who travels and books accommodation all the time and this hasn't happened to me yet. I made this reservation with my girlfriend and no one noticed that we were booking something completely different than what we wanted. Secondly, when we did the search, Booking Real actually told us that it was a two bedroom accommodation (I sent you a screenshot). I don't understand how the apartment provider can provide only one room that way. So we are still convinced that it is not our fault and we have just been misled.

Location

Spartan accommodation. No more than enough as bedroom. No desk to work, available only kitchen table which doesn't have power outlet nearby. Refrigerator and other kitchen utensils within expected. Bathroom without clothesline or hangers for towels. In the bathroom there are a drain covered with toilet paper holder to try limit odors.
