Building staff extremely polite and helpful, apartment is very clean, comfortable, well equipped. Communication with the host is easy, she answers quickly and is flexible. Location is great.

Second single bed was a pull out bed. Son ended up sleeping on the sofa as more comfortable.

The gentleman at reception who checked me in was very kind and professional. He quickly scanned my passport, handed me the keys and assisted me with my luggage to the elevator - he did a perfect job! Porters were always in the lobby to assist with packages, calling the elevator, taxis, etc. Both porters I encountered were very friendly and efficient. The location was great with several nice restaurants within a couple of blocks, a high end market about 3 blocks away (Casa Santa Luiz $$$$) and a large Carrefour Hypermarket ($) about a 15 minute walk away (Pamplona). The decor and amenities of the apt were just as pictured and very comfortable for a week (or longer) stay. Housekeeping checked in several times with me to offer their services and even turned in a hat that I accidently left behind upon checkout, which I was able to go back and retrieve. I also really appreciated the safe in the room, which isn't always found in Sao Paulo rentals.
