People at the reception recognized me from my previous stay. Check in was fast and efficient.

Safe in the room was tricky. Just like my first time, it takes a while to set up a code. Both times I asked the staff to help, and even they had a hard time figuring out how to do it. Someone should really think about getting a better safe in the rooms. Toilet seat was shorter than the toilet bowl, so the cold porcelain was always a turn off. Toilet seats should match the size and shape of the toilet bowls. I stayed in another room before and had the same issue.

we stayed in apt 72. The apartment was so beautiful and modern, with bran new appliances, lots of lights, cozy and impeccably clean, in a really great location in São Paulo. we were welcomed so well by the staff working in the building. they were very professional and helpful with our luggage and anything we needed. Maria, the host was lovely. 10/10 would recommend this place and we will definitely be back!!
