Salisbury Solace

Really well located. Lots of nice touches including basic supplies and toiletries. 3 bedrooms offering flexible accommodation. It worked perfectly well for our family event.

Permit parking a bit of a nuisance. Could do with having a permit available for guests. Garden needs some attention and decoration a little tired.

De aangeboden extra's zoals koffie of melk, waren leuk. De bedden waren van goede kwaliteit en proper.

De muren hadden wat schimmel en natte plekken. De tuin kan wel een onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken. Parkeren is niet zo eenvoudig als is voorgesteld op de website. De straat en de omliggende straten zijn voorbehouden voor bewoners. Met wat geluk vind je in de buurt een plekje, maar op drukke momenten dan ook weer niet.

Closeness to town centre and amenities.

All was as described.

Kontakten med verten fungerte fint. Renholdet fremstod bra. Varmeanlegget fungerte utmerket. Kjøkkenet var bra utstyrt og alt fungerte som det skulle. Beliggenheten var bra.

Badet burde vært renovert. Veggflater burde vært pusset og malt i alle rom. Alt for harde senger. Bakgården var ustelt og lite egnet til bruk i det fine været.

As my friend said: “Some hosts want to get 5 stars and they work for it, others don’t.” These don’t. 3 stars are for things like: WiFi worked well Heating worked well Beds / bedding / towels were fine Photos are pretty accurate Friendly voice at the end of the emergency number when we were struggling to use the fiddly key lock box If they want 4 stars they should: Provide more than 6 forks Provide a sponge for washing up when the forks have run out, we had to use our fingers to wash up… Clean the bathroom mirror Fix the lock on the bathroom door Fix the toilet seat Provide blackout blinds Free the light switch for the beside lamp from behind the bed so the lamp can be used Reply to all messages Correct the false advertising - parking is not free and the place is not big enough for 6 people If they want 5 stars they should: resolve the issues with the damp stains, cut the grass outside, use a proper vacuum, provide recycling options even if the council provision isn’t in place, provide a starter pack (we had jam which we don’t think counts), provide a residents permit for parking *Parking is resident only Mon-Sat 8-6. So it is only free and available Sat 6pm-Mon 8am.*

Good location. Nice house, everything we needed for our stay. Liam organised a parking permit.
