"Pleasant"

Great location. Comfy beds. Decent tv and comfy sofa. However not enough comfortable seating for four we found. Bathrooms clean and towels priovided. Extras in the bathroom and kitchen and water in the fridge when we arrived. Note left on table with contact number. Just the cleanliness let it down for us!

The cleanliness wasnt up tonour dtandsrd. Washed all crockery and cutlery bleached the cups etc. Sweets and lego in the lounge on the dining chair and in a corner. Crushed crisp on the sofa. Just made us feel that it hadn't been cleaned.May have been a oversight as mainly the lounge area

"Comfortable but not great"

The apartment was warm with good off street parking in a great location. It was nice having two bathrooms and the beds were comfortable with good quality bedding and we appreciated the TV with Netflix.

This apartment could be amazing but overall it was disappointing mainly due to it not being clean. The kitchen was a mish mash of crockery and utensils which needed washing before we could use them plus the kitchen drawers were broken and did not fit properly. Both the oven and the fridge had clearly not been cleaned in a while and and the freezer needed defrosting. In the bathroom the bath took ages to drain and there was a hole in the side of the bath. The containers for the shampoo, body wash etc were all empty. The airer for drying washing was broken so there was nowhere to dry the washing other than over the dining room chairs!

"2 night stay"

Great location. Comfortably furbished. Lots of extras provided such as milk and toiletries. Beds comfy. Modern decor throughout. Netflix available.

We would have preferred a blind in the kitchen window. The ensuite bathroom was very small, usable but tiny. The communal foyer and corridor were very smoky and dated. The lift was very slow, but it did work.
