Avondale Apartment,2 bed lakeside on the Promenade, free parking & wifi

Clean, warm and very comfortable. Helen and Steve were great hosts. A really lovely place to stay.

The General Location was good,However the Apartment did not overlook the Lake it was on the back.

Dirty Kitchen,The communal areas including the Lift were grubby and tired.

Great location, lovely and cozy. Modern decor.

Location was good, car parking facilities good, great that there was a lift

Property could do with new bedding, quilts were very thin so was quite cold at night, pillows really thin. Beds very low and uncomfortable. We were out every day so were only there for evenings and to sleep. The taps were quite grubby. Also the pull cord for the shower was far too high, had to stand on a chair to pull it on.

A great apartment on the promenade. The beds are comfortable and it felt like a home from home. Steve and Helen are very responsive if you need to ask anything too.

Lovely apartment great communication from owners. We were on third floor but the property had a lift.

Great location, spacious rooms, nice decor

Could use a slight lick of paint, especially the window sills, plumbing needs attention as shower goes hot and cold when another tap or toilet flushed.

The front door the whole property (not the apartment) was very hard to unlock
