Amazing view, clean apartment, amazing location, very helpful host!

Everything was up to standard, can't complain about anything.

Clean, well-equipped flat located close to Birmingham New Street railway station and shops. Easy access to building. I felt safe as a lone-traveller. The bed was comfortable, shower worked well and the views were lovely.

N/A The flat met all my expectations and I have no complaints or suggestions.

The view is spot on. The photos attached are what we really saw.

Location was great - right next to the Bullring, especially good for the price.

I didn't have unrealistic expectations for the price point but I was surprised by how tired and shabby this was versus the photos: - The carpet was torn up and patchy - The sofa cushions were flat as pancakes, covered in crumbs when I arrived - Dining chairs also covered in crumbs - The bedding had short curly hairs in it... - When I left I stripped the bedding and found a horrible amount of stains on the mattress protector, duvet and cushions - I think it's cheeky to take a £150 deposit with the tired, dirty state of the place I ended up leaving a day early because I felt unsafe: I locked the front door before bed (double checked even) but when I headed out the next morning the door was unlocked. I don't know how, I didn't do it. Anyone could have walked in during the night, maybe they did!? As a woman alone I was so disturbed by this that I left early. I've told the property this and they haven't responded.
