Location very close to new st station

Curtains didn’t block out lights from outside. Pillows very old and uncomfortable. No bath mat so shower water all over floor. No teaspoons. Not very clean. Could with a new kettle. Carpet frayed in bedroom.

Really central and great to stay in a famous grade 2 listed landmark. A compact flat, had everything I needed: clean fluffy towels, toiletries, great TV, and fully equipped kitchen. Warm and cosy with fabulous views.

Had a few issues with the key lockbox initially. The guys went out of their way to sort it out though - great service, thank you

Great location, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, loved the layout.

Window couldn't be closed fully and kitchen was missing a few essentials.
