Property was lovely and clean had everything that was needed

The check out time is very early 9am it could do with be 10am I stay in Birmingham around 10 times a month and that's the only thing stopping me booking again. Milk was off

Everything. Dirty, smelt, poor facilities and not fit to stay in. Should be removed. I didn’t stay here as when I walked in it was disgusting.

*Location close to a convenient bus station, * clean bathroom and sheets * According to our experience not as noisy as mentioned in other comments

*Trash and dust hidden behind furniture and in corners, *Not very helpful host (when a guest is asking for help as they cannot figure out how heating works in the apartment given that the radiator panel didn't come with any instructions, plus there were two other heating devices in the room, so we weren't sure which of all these we should use, you don't answer with a plain "what do you want me to explain"!!! Btw, we used the two other devices as radiators eventually didn't seem to work) * The cover of the head of the bed had a big slash on it + crumbling wardrobe which practically didn't bother us (besides we'd spend just 3 days there) but aesthetically they don't do justice to the price/night.

Most things was very good.

Didn't was able to watch anything on tv,no free channels or Netflix or something.Only thing you could use was YouTube. And at the headboard of the bed had a whole with broken piece from the cover material what was hanging out.And would be nice if it would be 2 towels.In rest everything was nice. I liked,less with the things mentioned on top.🙂
