Good location to the train station.

One really big issue with the apartment is the fact there is no running hot water. We contacted someone about this on arrival and were told a “work around fix” by boosting the boiler. This was far from ideal and as there were 3 people in this apartment the boost ran out after 1 person showering and resulted in us having to have an ice cold shower. I feel this is very unacceptable and more should’ve been done to fix the issue.

Perfect two bedroom apartment, very comfy and plenty of room. Car park was easy to access. Would highly recommend

Not enough utensils, no oven tray. Only tea bags no coffee sachets

It's a lovely two bedroom apartment with most essentials plus two bathrooms. Key pickup went smoothly. Additional parking instructions were perfect. Bedrooms were great with comfy beds and lovely decor pieces.

The pots provided didn't really work with the induction stove. The one pot that heated up was badly scratched. Thankfully, I could use the microwave to make breakfast. One bath towel was dirty, and we put it aside and used the others provided. The couch had lots of stains.

Good location. Free parking. Kitchen area was clean. WiFi signal was strong. Was more or less clean throughout. Good utensils in the property. Nice warm property.

Parking instructions are not clear. It depended on which way you were travelling in. Ended up driving around and round for 20 minutes trying to find it and then access the property through the correct door. No concierge to speak to, no Host to speak to. Had to ask random people. Also, had to wait 1 hour 45 minutes to enter the property. Host didn’t give me the code for the access keys even though I had spoken to him earlier in the day and he said at the time he would send it. I called, I texted, I emailed. No response. I contacted Booking.com and they were not able to get through either. I had to sit and wait. Travelled up from London. Son needed toilet. Not the best start to the weekend. Then, not all the bedsheets were clean, not all the towels were clean. Some stains on sofa. Burns on ironing board and on iron. Water went cold the next day and I couldn’t get it to heat up. Had to wait to hear back from Host before I could heat it up. Again, Host took a long time to get back to me. No net curtains or blinds on the windows. So when you drew the curtains for the daylight, anyone passing could see inside, or other neighbours could see straight in. So ended up keeping the curtains drawn.

Great location in central Birmingham, short walk to the central station and shopping district. Large lounge, well equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer.

A bit tricky to find the apartment building and navigate to the location. Check in with key pick up not on site though only a couple of minutes away and we had very good communication with the manager throughout.
