The location was great, kitchen area was great aswell as balcony

not brilliantly cleaned. spiderwebs on cealing aswell as multiple spiders, the coffee table was broken as legs were missing, the other table was okay however one of the backs of the seats were missing

Clean, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The showers were good. It’s in a central location, handy for New Street station. Secure garage for one vehicle.

Lots of one way systems in the vicinity made it fiddly to find the main entrance & the garage entrance with Google Maps, but we got there in the end. The parking permit is in the flat, but the keys are held off site. You need to park up outside somewhere, dash over to get the keys, access the garage with key fob to park properly, then nip up to the flat (which is a bit of a hike as it’s a large complex) grab the permit then dash back down to display it. Good exercise! As others have noted, some of the flat’s linen is stained - but it has been washed, so not “grubby” as such.

Fully equipped and the property is clean, more than enough space for a family of 5. A good location too! Around 5-10 minute walk to the centre.

I found small bugs on the sheets of one of the single beds, which led to me relocating my sleep space to the living room.

"Perfect for a family of 4! Had a great time"

We had a lovely weekend getaway with the family in Birmingham, and having a clean, comfortable apartment to return to each day was a huge plus. The property is well-located - close to the city centre and within easy reach of all the places we planned to visit. Key collection and drop-off were also convenient, just a short walk from the apartment. The space itself is great, with all the essentials provided and the added bonus of a balcony, which we really appreciated. I’d happily recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Minor issues: there’s a slight, odd smell in the reception area - noticeable but not unbearable - and the overfilled bins outside were a bit of an eyesore, though that’s likely down to the city council, not the host.

"A laugh, an adventure and a comfortable place to go back and chill in."

I went with a friend. We liked how secure we felt. Our Host, Suresh, was easily accessible by phone and approachable. The apartment, situated in a large complex called The Postbox Apartments, was spacious, clean and tidy. We liked the option of self catering and a nearby Tesco Express was very handy. This is situated in a very lively hub of entertainment called The Mailbox with cafes, bars and a great canal walk with pubs and cocktail bars. Brindleplace is also only minutes away and worthy of a cultural browse. We walked along the canal to most destinations including the Jewellery Quarter and Gas Street. It was easier than trying to find our way back through the streets. Plus the added advantage of various hostelries along the way for a rest, drink and a comfort break.

Nothing really. We had to work instructions out on how to pick keys up etc. which once we applied attention was straight forward.
