Spacious, quiet, 2 TVs

No hooks to hang clothes in bathroom. I would have preferred to receive instructins for collecting key etc at least the day before.

The property itself is clean. There's also a courtyard good for morning exercise.

To collect the key, I had to walk about half a mile to a kiosk at a gas station, and I had to return it during checkout. Hot water was limited, and we ran out of hot water during a shower one night. Although the host helped by reactivating the water heater, the hallway of the building was dark, and the carpet was stained and had an unpleasant odor.

Quiet and 11 minutes walk along the Canal to ICC center. Good communication from host.

1) The logistic of picking up the accommodation keys on arrival. 2) if you use the car park, you have to go to your accommodation first to pick up a laminated paper permit, return to your car and display this on your car dashboard with same procedure when checked out. (This would have been easier if done at the same time when picking up the keys from the local garage and returning it all the same time) A lot of wasted time and effort. 3) We booked a two room apartment for 4 nights but was only given one set of keys which meant that a couple would always be without keys.

Location was excellent for Birmingham Central plus canal side walks. Property was nicely decorated and furnished, was clean, had all the facilities that we needed, beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
