The President

Nice and clean and in a convenient location. All instructions were very thorough & great communication from the host.

Great location, near to restaurants and bars, ideal for visiting utilita arena and within walking distance of main shopping area. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, quiet location in mainly residential area.

We arrived by train, and as we did not know the area, we booked a taxi to the property. Nobody had heard of the President, so finding it was a struggle. Had to go by address and nothing with The President on it. Having been told someone would meet us with a key, on arrival, the concierge sat in the property we had assumed it was, by the address , had not heard of The President. I had to call the number and was then told to walk about 5 minutes to pick up the keys from a local service station.

The fire alarm on the first night and we had to stay outside for a period of time

Location was very good. Lots of space. Tastefully decorated. Suresh (host) was really friendly and very helpful.

On the surface it’s absolutely fine, but it needs a deep clean - particularly the bathrooms. Cleaning products / washing up liquid would have been helpful to have stocked so I could have cleaned myself. It could also do with some more cutlery / glasses. A welcome pack explaining how to get in / out of the building via the side entrance would have been useful. I didn’t like having to pick the keys up from a local garage - not very convenient, a lockbox would be much better.

Could do with a deep clean and some improvements internally. Picking up keys at local petrol station was odd when concierge on site 🤷‍♂️
