The key pickup location is about 8 min from the facility , and the instructions you received start with something else The elevator was not working during our stay

The location is great and the apartment was clean. Suresh was a really easy to get hold and communication was good.

Pillows need replacing and some more glasses would have been useful, for example there was 4 of us but only 2 champagne flutes. We left by car so returning the key to a different location was fine but would put guests out who are using public transport.

Very spacious and clean with excellent facilities.

Just a bit too far away from anything.

Excellent location and accommodation and parking included. All the staff we met made us feel welcome, the majority of people in the building are residents the few that we met also made us welcome Comfortable beds - plenty of towels. and all the necessities for self catering. No noise or disturbance.

Minor issues -some cups saucers and plates were chipped - and the bathrooms very cold -the heated towel rails/ radiators were not working,

The host met us and provided directions to our parking bay

Limited parking for only one car, if you are travelling as a group it would be good to have an additional space available within the complex, but saying that there was paid public parking available very close to the property
