"Unsuitable in current state for a family of 5 to stay in"

Host was meant to meet to handover keys but sent last minute instructions while we were driving which delayed us getting in after a ling trip. Not enough cutlery for 5 people to eat and not enough hotwater for 5people to bath / shower. Generally taty with broken bath plugs, door knobs, wall clock with no battery in. For the price we’d expect better

Comfortable rooms, quiet in a good location. Place was clean and tidy.

There was no cover on the topper for the sofa bed and it was stained.

the boiler only work until 7:00pm everyday. Not enough hot water for bathing if more than 2 people.

"birmingham has better i guess"

location and the flat was nice

the smell. the flat smells bad, the corridors even worse. damp everywhere. the lights are incredibly dim as well
