The best thing about the property is its location close to the centre of Tynemouth village and, for us, ease of access to other parts of the North East where we have family.

The key box, while easy to use, given you have crouch down to open it, is difficult to open. My husband had to do that! And our stay was slightly marred by having a very noisy family upstairs, Not Helen's fault.

The apartment was very well equipped. Very comfortable bed and nice facilities. Great location and beautiful views overlooking the Tyne.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely location, spacious flat, clean and welcoming room, with a little view of the sea that makes evenings a touch more special. We travel a lot and rarely find a place clean enough to make us go back to - this is one of them!

Lovely big airy apartment. Plenty of amenities included. Great location.

Terrible smell from sink/drain in the kitchen. Cleaned the sink and the dish washer with disinfectant, but it didn't help. My wife is an ex A&E nurse so is used to bad smells and she couldn't stand it! It permeated into the Lounge if you left the kitchen door open. Bed was too soft for us, but I appreciate that's very subjective..
