Très mal équipé au niveau de la vaisselle ( 2 fourchettes 3 petites cuillères casseroles et poêles rouillées) Pas très propre Une caution est demandée alors qu il n’y a aucun état des lieux et que l appartement comporte des défauts Ascenseur en panne ( appartement au 4e) Parking payant

Excellent location

Collecting and returning keys to a shop around the corner is annoying. Requested parking but was informed it was not available, despite listing stating it can be arranged, so had to use public parking. Apartment is a little tired, with a hole in the bedroom flooring and one of the doors damaged at the bottom.

The property was clean and modern excellent location . but the kitchen utensils need an overall up grade the saucepans need replacing and not a lot cutlery the sink in the en-suite was very slow to drain But mostly the worst but was the very complicated process ti actually check in . i had to provide so many details and high deposit was asked incase of damage . we were only staying three nights . you had to have a pin number to collect keys they wouldn’t except my booking reference from booking .com I left my scarf there when i asked if they could send it to me i didn’t have a reply very disappointed i would have paid the postage i offered this but no reply

liked the apartment only thing was kitchen utensils need up dating . and shower and sink in en-suite were slow draining

Very good property had everything you needed very spacious

Staff called Brian was very rude when I was asking him about information he would answer me with I don’t know it’s not our business to know very unprofessional and really just a bad staff if you are having a bad day never take that with you to work. Also I found a condom wrapper in the master bedroom behind the drawer wasn’t very clean.

Bed was comfy as, class place spacious couldnt ask for more would defo stay again

The staff are rude and do not will not refund the security deposit of their own volition. So please be ready to get your bank involved.
