Comfy Birmingham City Center Apartment at Inge Street By HF Group

Really comfy apartment and well furnished, very clean and well located

Really poor customer service. They refused to post some prescription glasses back to us that we left behind, even though we offered to pay. Any reasonable person would do that for a stranger, let alone a customer. It has cost one of my group hundreds as a result.

Parking was 5 minutes walk , but carpark not the best , had a key for security post but was broken managed to park over it

Good location for a pride stay but quiet during the evening with a nice secluded view of the courtyard

Would like a few more kitchen utensils as self catering and a coffee machine would have been nice.

The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious & perfect for our base for Cheltenham Races, 2 mins walk to the train station and plenty of food outlets near hand.

We left the apartment like we got it, but we had some rubbish we would have deposed of, if we knew where the outside bin was located we could have did that.

Couldn't turn some radiators on so it was cold

It's nice and clean. Got everything you need and the location is excellent. Highly recommend it and would stay again

Isn't a dislike - just leave a wee card with WiFi and passwords left in living room. Instructions to sort and connect tele *again not for me as was able to work it out
