great location and very quiet apartment block and perfect size for our two night graduation trip so close to all the action

collection point for keys and then finding apartment could have been explained easier like name the shop and the street number and then directions from shop to apartment which wasn't far but not straight forward and we only had one set of keys between us and we were not all out and returning together .

The location was brilliant! Shops, bars & resraurants right on the doorstep. Spacious, secure, spotlessly clean & comfortable apartment right in the city centre. It suited us perfectly.

It was difficult to find where to collect the key from and I had to contact the vendor on the start date to find out the pass code. Once we had the keys it wasn't clear which fob to use to enter the property.

The hassle of getting the key

It is in a central location and close to transport hubs. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is decent. The bathrooms are clean, and the rooms are tidy. That was all I can say was good about the apartment.

The vendor's service was appalling. We received no communication about what to do; instead, they asked us for a deposit of £300 and other personal information after we had paid. Only by chasing the email train was I able to get a location to pick up the keys. Then, there was no confirmation, nothing. The area was not very nice; we felt unsafe. The other residents were very noisy at 3 am, keeping us up.
