The large glass window doors in the sitting room area don't close property. It was a windy evening and there was a very strong draft that blew the curtains. It needs attention.

It clearly states you can bring photo id and credit card to check in and because I hadn’t uploaded it beforehand he refused entry even though booking.com states not to follow links. I’m currently doing a chargeback to be reimbursed.

Great apartment. Bigger and a lot nicer than expected. Great facilities (everything we needed for a night away)

Excellent location, well kept flat, spacious for the 3 of us travelling! Ideal for weekend break. Hosts on hand to answer questions.

Slightly laborious online check in process. Guidance to obtaining keys and getting into property felt vague upon booking, but were a lot clearer when actually in the vicinity of the apartment.

The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy and it was really nice place to spend an evening before a big work event in the Conference and Events centre. Great location, plenty of places to eat nearby and easy to get around.

If I didn't read the other reviews beforehand I think I would have got lost with the key collection. Maybe some clearer instructions ahead of arrival would help!

Would have liked to have been able to drop our bags off early as going to theatre for matinee. Only possible for a price that was more than half the cost of staying which seemed very excessive - could be reviewed. Travelodge only £10 to do so

Was very clean, easy to gain access and also great location for the O2 Academy.
