complete nightmare, really dirty, worst place i ever stayed. you better of sleeping on street

proper scam with deposit of 300 you won’t get back he ll give you stupid excuse. worst experience of my life. please please people do not book this place it worst on booking.com. I wish I read reviews before booking this place. agreed all the reviews from 2021 dirty beds, me and wife have to go doctor next morning as bitten on skin as doctors advised bitten by bed bugs. no heating dirty sofa they take 300 deposit straight away and don’t return as he accuse you . he done to other customers I just checked reviews now I wish I did before could have safe myself 500. getting keys is nighmare he doesn’t answer the call very bad customer service. don’t reply you for week when I asked for deposit back he replied me week after he is not refunding. i have reported to booking.com. it’s not worth the hassle. you better of booking budget hotel.

Clean and comfortable in a great location right in the city centre. Safe and secure.

Complex method of signing up to the separate vetting of the apartment owners, then needing a £300 deposit for a 1 night stay (all done via a separate app so a bit unsure about the security although it was fine in the end). Complex process of getting the key plus inflexible parking arrangements led to a lot of waiting around. If you'd done it before you'd the know the system but for first timers it was a bit if a nightmare on our night away for the theatre.

location is very good, in the Center of china town having many restaurants and shopping area. flat is on 3 floor with key security access. heating was good, bed was comfy and flat was nice and clean.

the process of getting the key to flat for first time is very annoying and is frustrating as I had long travel time with family and had to wait in cold rain for the entry to flat, which was like playing crystal maze game 🤣. the host will send you email to register yourself and WILL HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT OF £300. which u need to pay by credit card only. later you will be provided a location for keys, which is short walk away at the off-licence shop. so u have the keys now u need to wait for email or message mentioning your flat no. make sure you have the working internet and calling on mobile. the host should have mentioned these process well in advance. washing machine was not working. kitchen has limited crockery, atleast salt and pepper should have been provided.
