Comfy Birmingham City Center Apartment at Inge Street By HF Group

The location was ideal and just a short walk to Bullring and high street, being able to park underneath apartments was ideal, apartment was comfortable and ideal for the 4 of us staying.

Communication from Host not brilliant, it should of been a lot easier to get the information regarding key collection etc,

Location was good and security is good

the way holding your deposit is really weird need to upload your bank info and your driving licence etc.

Lovely place to stay. Nice clean and roomy. But getting in is a headache.

To get access to it, you have to get a fob key which is a block away. This isn’t that clear in the messages on how to get it. Took us one hour to sort this out, by contacting them to figure out where to get the fob key. The lady was not helpful at all, telling us to check the messages the answers are in there that they have sent. So didn’t know where to get the fob either. We were stuck in the rain. Security wouldn’t let us in without the fob key understandably. Eventually she put us through to someone else due to her lack of understanding who was then able to help us. But just to get the fob key it is a block away from the flat, which is not ideal when you have luggage with you. The instructions were not clear. Felt like a treasure hunt. Support was not helpful at all, Untill the end.

nice comfy bed ans spacious

poor reception staff... no idea of what the shop was called that we had to collect keys from.. finally found it after asking random poeple.. and then the code didnt work as we had been given an incorrect code... hanging around in a shop for 30mins waiting for someone to call with a working code, didnt seem like she knew what she was talking about... poor instructions on how to find the building.. there was like a5 william hills so we wandered around for ages with suitcases!

The apartment was fantastic, very well located, very clean and you could not ask for more. Will definitely book again! The owner knocked on the door after we checked in and was very friendly and helpful.

Collection of the keys was from a nearby shop. This was fine but having travelled some distance to get to Birmingham it would have been useful to have had all of the collection details a few days prior to arriving rather than on the day of check in (for peace of mind as much as anything)
