the host or owner is Racist and very arrogant

The apartment is very spacious and equipped with all u need. And the location is average

.. ..1- the behavior of the customer service when I called them asking for help., he hanged up the phone on my face and was rude and shouting and he was inpatient with me although I informed them 2 days ahead from the arrival that I need to check in early even if I pay extra charge but no one helped. This was unrespectfull and I coplained through Email and no one respond. 2- check in procedure is very tiring. You have to leave your bags and family in front of the entrance at the street like homeless and walk around 5 minutes to the store to collect your keys and come back...and for the check out you have to get out on the street and walk again to return the key. This is very miserable when u arrive from long trip and u face like this.. There was no flexibility from the staff at all and no humanity. I advise any body to avoid this property.
