"Lovely small apartment in Kings Heath"

Lovely decorated and well presented flat and just what was needed. Kitchen was good. Shower was brilliant. Enough space for 3 adults and good base for what we needed. Easy access to lots of amenities on the main road.

Parking was quite difficult and not obvious it would be from property description. Ended up parking on other residential roads. Lots of noise from guests in flat above early in the morning Uncomfortable sofa bed. Broken toaster - have messaged owner.

"Perfect place for your stay in Brum, highly recommend!"

A group of us stayed for a total of 4 nights. It’s bright, layout well planned, newly decorated and stylish. Very good location, transport is close (30-40 mins to bham city centre and aUOB) all the amenities you can think of in walking distance including the hare and hounds. It’s safe, quiet, street parking is available and the hosts are lovely people who are easily contactable and very approachable. Highly recommend for your visit to Birmingham.

"Clean and cosy"

The property was very clean and there was street parking right out front.

There could have been a few more cloth hangers but that's wasn't a deal breaker.
