Stunning property fully refurbished

Location for me was perfect for I needed whilst visiting family. Place is just of the main road and not much noise coming from outside at all, which some other reviews had mentioned. Apartmen very clean and spacious. Room was warm and bed comfortable

Big let down for me was the lack of complementary tea and coffee and maybe a biscuit. I have known places to even have some breakfast items too. Also not too sure if i could sleep on the sofa in the kitchen with the fridge humming.

Location, cleanliness, we found parking easy, spacious for 2, well equipped. Just around the corner from the excellent Early Bird Cafe.

Blinds let in a lot of light, low bed, a bit functional, but all pretty minor issues & we would definitely stay again.

Only a picky thing sofa needs replacing it sinks in the middle. But clean and we didn't stay in the property very much

Complex getting into the property - a lot of rules !!

not allowed to leave any rubbish ? even in the bins ? or you will be fined !!- as a new visitor to the premises how would I know where to leave rubbish - not that we had any - leaving bins with rubbish in - are part of the clean up after - not be threatened with being Fined for leaving any rubbish

Great location for us. Very spacious, great amenities.

On one occasion we found it difficult to get parked as the surrounding streets were very full but still managed to park with a 2 min walk to the property.

It's a convenient location for access to and from the city centre and buses are very frequent. It's secure via electronic entry. Good shower. Clean. Very good value. The owner was quick and prompt with communication even though he was away at the time. Excellent.

Only small issues like broken light switches, sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for my son. Some rules stating that fines could be imposed for not washing dishes or for putting rubbish in the wrong bin, but I'm sure that's down to previous negative experiences for the owner, whose hand has been unfortunately forced to impose them. Nothing really bad at all though.
