"Great host, attractive apartment, great location, as per the photos, good access to parking."

Property was as stated/photos on the write up and was very clean. Great communication from the host. Easy to find and access via the instructions and photos sent on WhatsApp ahead of the stay. Located opposite the Arcadian centre car park for convenient access via car.

The bathroom extractor didn't appear to be working, so the bathroom smelt damp/musty during our stay, which unfortunately meant the towels also had a smell of damp/not being quite dried fully before being put out for use. Note that there is a £100 damage deposit required before the stay, via bank transfer, which is stated on the listing but buried in the Important Information section which many may not spot. It wasn't an issue for me, and the deposit was returned promptly after check out, but may come as a surprise/inconvenience especially if this is a corporate booking.

"Appartamento perfetto a due passi da New Street Station, in Chinatown, a due passi dai canali."

La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione centrale e permette di essere in centro in pochissimi minuti. La camera é completa di tutto, ben tenuta, profumata, senza moquette e con una bella doccia grande. Connessione internet perfetta e veloce Dire tutto perfetto, molto meglio di un classico business hotel
