Vilamoura Marina Extraordinary 70 m2 T1, Marina 200m , beach 300m

The room was lovely with a great location right near everything. Excellent value for money, would definitely recommend staying. Very safe and secure, two entry doors with key codes as well as front door.

The balcony door didn't unlock on one side and we couldn't lock the other one once we unlocked. The pool wasn't working but we got another night's stay so that was compensated.

a lovely homely apartment with everything you could need and want for a comfortable stay. loved the nautical theme and homely feel. proximity to everything was fab! corner shop 2 mins away if you needed anything. Marina and beach 5 mins. Perfect for our short stay. we had a few issues with access but Paulo was really helpful and sorted it quickly for us. the free parking nearby too was a big bonus.

not much of a view and quite a bit of noise from neighbouring blocks and rowdy group of boys holidaymakers opposite but that can’t be helped. Sun was on the balcony early morning but no real views or sunsets. wouldn’t dismiss coming back though as the proximity and comfort outweighed the negatives.

Everything was thine.I recommend.

The location was the best part of the property. The apartment has a great little kitchen with appliances, a small balcony (overlooking other apartment blocks-no view), a comfortable living/dining area and cable TV for Netflix in the evenings!

The pool was disappointing. Pretty small and shallow, suited better to a quick dip than an actual swim. Having to lift out the sun loungers was a pain, although it was quiet and relaxing to read a book there and sunbathe.

Great location, spacious flat that easily accommodates a family of 4. Good host and a positive experience overall.

The property was spotless on arriving. we had a few issues when arriving as we picked up the wrong set of keys and locked ourselves out we called the emergency number (this was after midnight) and a lady arrived within 15 minutes to let us in did cost 45 euros and my only negative would be to change the key ring colour of the other set of keys to a different colour. the security card was alovely man and very helpful. if you are arriving late at night there are no shops open so I’d suggest taking your own tea/coffee and powdered milk. the local bars stay open till late so you can buy bottle of water from them. There is a spar 5 mins walk for what you need. The host maintains regular communication and sent a information leaflet which was very helpful. After reading some comments on here I would have to disagree. yeh the apartment may not be to everyone’s taste but it does fir the feel of being near a marine and after all it’s only a base to sleep in. I didn’t notice air conditioning which when very hot may be needed. The apartment is 1 bedroom with a bed in the living room, it is spacious and comfortable. The marina is beautiful with plenty of bars and restaurants, there is also a Mac Donald’s near by. we had breakfast every morning in a cafe mourapao this was a lot cheaper then those on the marina (based across road from the Mac Donald’s ) the taxis also collect on the side street next to it. I would stay here again if ever visiting Also I would say bring plenty of insect repellant
