Vilamoura Marina Extraordinary 70 m2 T1, Marina 200m , beach 300m

The apartment is in a very secure building and the front desk is manned overnight. It was also very quiet at night. It is clean and has everything you need for your stay. It is so convenient for the Marina, beach, local shops and restaurants, with everything within walking distance.

The property manager was very helpful, allowed early check in and late check out. Paulo was emailing promptly and replied to all emails, he was pleasant at all times. . Instructions about property and how to get in were very clear. Location was very central and was near beach and marina. Clean and tidy with crispy white bedsheets and towels. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good and bathroom was clean.

Pool was closed for maintenance. But this didn’t effect us as beach is beautiful and only a few minutes walk.

I like how central it was very close to marina. Value for money was great and the place was very clean would definitely recommend. b overall place was great

The apartment was great. It was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect. The local Spar is a 2 minute walk away where there are also a few bars and restaurants. The beach is a short walk away and also close to the marina where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from.

it was very convenient. practical, just what was required. Spacious for 2 but would be tight for 4 or 5. it was clean. The host was available when there was a problem and kept us upto date.

unfortunately water to the building was off for about 18 hours on our 2nd day. not the host's fault, and he did keep us updated with when it would be back on, but we had to go off to buy water and not flush the loo for quite a long time. These things do happen it was just a shame it was when we were there.

Lovely big apartment in an excellent location. Close to the beach and all restaurants and bars. Complex quiet at night too.

The key selling point of the property according to the photo's and the write-up about the property was the swimming pool. The location and the availability of the swimming pool was the main reason for selecting the property. Only to find out on arrival that the swimming pool has been out of action since 1 April 2024 and was still the situation until end June when we departed. There has been ongoing noise and construction during our stay which made it quite unpleasant. I made the booking many months ago and the host should have alerted me of the situation and I would then have made alternative arrangements.
