Location & communication exceptional. Great location & lovely apartment

Not much. Great booking

The location. Powerful shower. Helpful instructions by the agent and availability of them if I needed them. I think providing the name of a local landmark such as Korpus (it's right next to the building) would have been more helpful for the taxi driver trying to find the building. Korpus is a gentleman's club, though, so they probably don't want to draw attention to that. The club and anyone accessing it was not an issue in the slightest to our stay.

The smell in the bedroom. It was overpowering. We weren't sure if it was mothballs (if it was, they are banned by the EU as carcinogenic), but we can't prove that there were mothballs. Very unpleasant smell, though. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. It's in an apartment complex overlooking other apartments, so privacy is an issue. We needed to use duvets, and there was access to them, but they had no covers. The apartment is filled with the personal taste of the owners, and shells were everywhere. A bit too much decoration. It made me feel like I had hijacked someone's home for a few days, and they'd made space to let me stay there. Overall, it wasn't totally unpleasant (even though I'm highlighting the negatives), but I think it's fair to share our experience to help others and for the agents to address the issues.

Siamo stati avvisati pochi giorni prima della partenza che la piscina non sarebbe stata usufruibile, ma era troppo tardi per cambiare location. Appena arrivati abbiamo dovuto chiamare per dire che la macchinetta del caffè era rotta e non l’avrebbero riparata prima della nostra ripartenza. L’ultimo giorno ci hanno mandato un messaggio per proporci un late check out, ma quando abbiamo chiesto di andare via alle 13 anziché alle 10 ci hanno risposto che al massimo sarebbe stato possibile alle 11

The location

There were no pool facilities

The location is excellent,, a few minutes walk from beach and marina, restaurants and pubs.

There was no air conditioning in the bedroom, which meant we had to leave all the interior doors open to try and cool down the rooms,, the lock on the balcony door from bedroom was broken and held closed with a bit of timber but was not fully close ble, for the price we paid for the few days we stayed We felt appartment should be of a better standard.
