Downtown Apartments in Bar Harbor

It’s location and it was very quiet

I was actually watching dateline and some random lady punched in a code and came in. Her code actually worked while we were sitting there watching TV. Scary disconcerting so that tells me that former codes can work still and they should not. Had we not been there someone could have taken our stuff. We actually had to put chairs and tables against the door to prevent someone else come in and maybe they wouldn’t have a we didn’t know. I mentioned this to the property manager and he seemed to think that we’re blaming the wrong people. Ummm Hello property management. Am I wrong? Because this is such a safe place, I didn’t feel like management was taking it the same way as me. I can hear a lot of of finger pointing and called session for that reason I won’t be doing this again. In fact, I’m gonna call my credit card company and see if I can get the charge reverse because of this Also, there aren’t any windows so you feel like you’re in a World War II bunker. But other than that and the price it was a good stay.

The tv was an issue but not bad also not for a handicap person lot of stairs

We like the location, but for the amount we paid it was overpriced. The place needs a makeover. It has everything but is run down.

I thought it would be nicer when you are paying over $450 a night. Location was fantastic but the place is run down.

Stairs to apartment not a deal breaker

Breakfast was very good at Everyday Joes and very convenient to the apartment. Definitely a perk!

Air conditioning unit is quite noisy. Could use a split system put in. That's one of the only negatives with the apartment.Its a very clean adequate place to stay. Great location to downtown Bar Harbor and not far from Park entrances and other things to do.

The property is well located for Bar Harbour amenities. Parking is good and inside, the apartment is spacious,airy and clean.
