Property Notes

The apartments are centrally located in the Solsiden area. The check-in process is contactless, from 15:00. Guests are required to collect their key via Sharebox located at Verftsgata 1C, 7042 Trondheim. Check out until 11:00, and keys are left on the kitchen counter. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building, or floor. Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.7 feet. The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are subject to individual assessment. In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Schlechte Beschreibung betreffend Garagen- und Wohnungszugang. Der Schlüssel klemmt in jedem Schloss und die Türen lassen sich nur mit viel Geduld öffnen.

Savnet shampo i dusjen. Savnet salt, pepper, kaffe og te - Små ting som ikke ville ha kostet stort å ha tilgjengelig for turister som kommer langveis fra Leiligheten liknet ikke på noen av bildene på nettsiden. Planløsningen var mildt sagt merkelig. Åpenbart ikke iht teknisk forskrift og derfor ikke salgbar (men brukbar for korte opphold). Rommene var i tillegg klønete møblert. Dette var altså ikke som forventet.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious for 4 people, very good communication beforehand, fantastic location and nice balcony with water view.

Shower door a bit tricky - we were worried it would bang into sink or toilet and shatter.

The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of closet space. The equipment is well-usable with a washing machine and dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets are available, calculated exactly for the number of days of stay. Stahovací roleta dobře zastínila okno v ložnici, což se v létě ocení.

Hardly any dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. Hardly any hand soap in the bathroom. Both bottles should be filled. Several porridge bowls, etc. were missing. Lubricate and repair window openings, especially balcony doors, so they open better.

beliggenhet var veldig bra, nær solsiden og tilbudene der, leilighet i 6 etasje, men heis. Fin liten balkong med ettermiddags sol, greit tilrettelagt for å hente nøkler

Det var rengjort før vi, men lå igjen søppel av tvilsom karakter. Det var STORE mangler som ble opplyst til utleier, uten annen tilbakemelding enn at det var notert, ikke tilbud om prisavslag eller retting. Tett avløp fra dusj og servant, feil på sisterne toalett, regner med at hvis det ikke var blitt sagt ifra og dokumentert med bilder ville depositum blitt tatt, på grensen til svindel
