The apartments are centrally located in the Solsiden area. The check-in process is contactless, from 15:00. Guests are required to collect their key via Sharebox located at Verftsgata 1C, 7042 Trondheim. Check out until 11:00, and keys are left on the kitchen counter. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building, or floor. Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.7 feet. The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are subject to individual assessment. In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
