Location, warm flat

Kitchen was dirty- sticky handles on kitchen cabinets Bathroom plug clogged with hair. Shower in main bathroom very weak

Our only complaint was the Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. A comfy sofa would make all the difference.

Location was superb, Helen was outstanding in her hospitality. I would highly recommend this location and your property to my friends. When I return I will be contacting you for accommodation. Only problem was a constant water drip outside bedroom window when it rained otherwise it was excellent.

Water drip outside bedrooms. Very little power in shower. Haven't anything bad to say .

Fantastic location, less than 10mins walk from Birmingham New Street station. lots of room for 2 couples. 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which is en-suite. nice size living room with huge tv and Netflix. our host gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant around the corner. Thank you!

It was very warm and the windows opened into the room so it you had the windows open fully you couldn’t have the blinds closed. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the apartment hallway as well as in the apartment building hallway. Water was only hot enough for 2 showers.

The location was perfect, my car was parked securely for the duration of our stay and the apartment was lovely with everything we needed for a long weekend away in the city.

Only drawback with being a top floor apartment was the warm temperature. Not something that the owners can really control but they did provide fans in the rooms which helped.
