This prorperty needs some tlc. Sofa not confortable One bed was broken the other very soft One one pillow per person provided and only one loo roll left ? Never encountered that before !! Main ensuite bedroom laminate has all lifted so opening and closing the door is difficult This bath room is very mouldy ! Dont look up at shower ! The main bathroom . Shower head set is being propped up with a lolly stick! Not great for a luxury penthouse apartment! Chairs are very stained and everything is just very unloved . Apartment is very very warm , 2 fans does not cut it. Communal areas smell strongly of smoke ! As your directly opposite other apartments your on show alot unless curtains / blinds are used !

Great top floor apartment which is very modern and clean. It slept a group of 6 very comfortably. Very safe area with just a short walk to shopping center bars and restaurants

The internal doors either bang too hard or are stuck open, the en suite bathroom door was impossible to close.

Excellent location near everything in the centre of Birmingham yet quiet and private with parking.

The location in China Town was convenient.

A towel and tea towel in the kitchen would have been helpful. My deposit could have been returned more promptly.

Not very clean.

Neither the bathroom nor the shower room where truly wheelchair accessible. The shower you could definitely not roll into and has a very narrow door. Thankfully with an electric travel hoist and shower chair, we were able to use the facilities.

Stayed for 3 nights which were great. The apartment is very well located and is central to all major points of interest. This was very clean and minimalistic however is fit with everything one would need as it feels very homely. The building itself is quiet and this was an undisturbed trip. Would recommend and would gladly stay again.

Nothing negative on the property itself but in terms of description this needs to be updated to reflect that there is great and secure parking included. The post code for the property also does not register in Google maps (I have found this for a number of Birmingham codes) and might need some manual updating.

The sofa was so uncomfortable.Guttering leak,when it rained hitting the aluminium was so loud couldn't sleep.
