Stunning Top Floor Southside Apartment 2 BEDS PARKING WIFI NETFLIX

Superb location

Lovely apartment. Very close to restaurants and a 2 minute walk to Hippodrome theatre. Quiet and secure access.

Although it was quiet, we could see right into apartments opposite. Living room had blinds but not bedrooms. Windows had to be opened as it was very warm and no aircon. There were two fans in building but one didn’t work. Aircon is definitely a must in an enclosed building like that. However in saying that, it’s a lovely apartment and I would probably stay again (just bring my own fan 🤣). Hannah who met us was very nice and I probably could have asked her to replace fan during the stay, but I just let her know as we left.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of China town and the gay village....5 mins from New st station and the Bull ring. The courtyard view was nice too... the bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean.

The furniture looked and felt cheap...from the barely comfortable settee to the wardrobe and bedroom furniture, the kettle was unusable because of the rust inside at the bottom i...the rug in the photo wasn't there and most of the doors didn't fully open as the floors were uneven....it could be a lovely homely flat if the owners paid attention to the little details...

There was plenty of space in the apartment with it having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room. The apartment is in a perfect location and it’s only a ten minute walk from New Street train station.

The owner of the property had arranged to meet us at the property at 4pm but they didn’t arrive. I telephoned the owner of the property at 4.15pm, she apologised and said that she was in hospital and for us to collect the keys from a shop which was 5 minutes away. I hope that the owner of the property is now better and I was sorry to hear that she was in hospital but it would have been better if someone had emailed or phoned me before 4pm to let me know that they couldn’t meet us at the apartment at 4pm. Once we collected the keys from the shop all was fine. There were two pairs of used contact lenses that had been left on the bedside cabinet and not removed.

Great location, nice flat, comfy, clean! And spacious, with huge TV, good WiFi, well set up kitchen.

Communication with the staff can be improved, we have received unnecessary auto generated messages, but received no answer when we approached them with one request. Nevermind :)

Very welcoming host. POC was readily available. Spacious and clean apartment.
