The house is very clean and safe. The manager was very helpful and comprehensive.

Great location near boat access to Granville Island. Great for running access along the water. Bright and cheerful interior with beautiful kitchen, dining room table. Two beds were comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer even though we did not need one. Quick response from host when I had a question. Very clear rules written out to follow.

Could use night lights in the bathrooms. They are very dark and difficult to find the light switch in the dark. Did not like the repetitive e-mail reminders to return the key and check out by 10am. Be aware the key fob is accessed 3 blocks away from the apartment at the 7-11 so plan accordingly. Would prefer an 11am check out.

Awesome location, good communication, clean inside apartment, did not hear neighbours. Furnishings are well appointed and kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Good amount of space in the apartment.

Limited linen provided. Traffic noise could be heard. General amenities in the building are quite tired- pool, gym etc. KeyCafe was OK but a bit annoying when early flight out and needed to walk 4 blocks to drop off the keys- not convenient key pick up or drop off. Would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys so that guests do not have to come and go together.

The apartment was definitely as advertised. It was very lovely, comfortable, modern and spacious for the three of us with blinds and black out curtains; with great windows and views although overlooking a car park. Location was convenient and we could walk to city centre, the local beach and Stanley Park 400-hectare natural West Coast rainforest, local beaches/ seawall and other adventures. Host was highly and speedily responsive to questions and provided valuable information sheets, when followed was of great help in navigating the apartment, location and amenities, restaurants/ grocery etc. Definitely needed to know and plan the collection of the keys offsite and collection point about 2 blocks away, but straight forward to get to and locate.

Could update the utensils, for example need set of graduating saucepans set. There were nice little details/ touches around the apartment but a most important welcoming detail would be ironed crisp bed linens. Also, windows and certain areas needed some attention TLC.

Spacious, modern, good location. Having two bathrooms and a washing machine is a definite plus.
